To close your notice account, follow these steps:
Via the Raisin UK Website:
Log in to your Raisin UK account.
On the landing page, under your Portfolio select ‘Notice Account’.
Click ‘Details’ under the account you wish to close.
In the Termination section on the left-hand side, click ‘Terminate Deposit’.
Follow the mobile verification instructions to complete the closure.
Via the Raisin UK App:
Log in to your Raisin UK account.
On the landing page, select ‘Notice Account’.
Choose the account you wish to close.
Scroll down and click ‘Close Savings Account'.
Follow the mobile verification instructions to complete the closure.
Once requested, you'll enter the notice period. After it ends, your funds, including your original deposit and accrued interest, will transfer to your Transaction Account within two business days.
