You can close your Easy Access savings account either through the Raisin UK website or the mobile app.
Via the website:
Log in to your Raisin UK account.
On the landing page, select ‘Easy Access’.
Click ‘Details’ under the account you wish to close.
In the Termination section on the left-hand side, click ‘Terminate Deposit’.
Follow the mobile verification instructions to complete the closure.
Via the app:
Log in to your Raisin UK account.
On the landing page, select ‘Easy Access’.
Choose the account you wish to close.
Scroll down and click ‘Close Savings Account’.
Follow the mobile verification instructions to complete the closure.
Once your account is closed, your remaining balance will be transferred to your Raisin UK Transaction Account. From there, you can either open a new savings account or withdraw your funds to your nominated account.
Please Note:
You can proceed with closing your Easy Access account even if a transaction is still pending. Any pending funds will be paid out to your Raisin UK Transaction Account, and your Easy Access account will be closed once the transaction has been completed.
Your funds will be returned to your Raisin UK Transaction Account within two business days.
Once a termination request has been submitted, it cannot be revoked.
