To unsubscribe, follow these steps:
Via the Raisin UK Website
- Log in to your Raisin UK Account.
- Hover over the drop-down menu with your initials and click ‘Notifications’.
- Untick the boxes to unsubscribe from the Newsletter and switch off Notifications.
Via the Raisin UK app:
- Select the cogwheel icon (⚙️) in the bottom right corner to open Settings.
- Select ‘Notifications’.
- To stop receiving updates, switch off ‘Notifications’.
- Click ‘Newsletter’ and untick the boxes to unsubscribe.
Please note: We don’t recommend disabling the 'Useful information' notifications, as you would miss important updates about your savings accounts.
