Yes, each month we will send you a monthly statement which provides an overview of your Raisin UK Transaction Account for the previous calendar month. This will include the balance of your Transaction Account, and any transfers, deposits or withdrawals made. The statement will not include the balance of any active savings accounts you hold via Raisin UK.
To download your monthly statements via Raisin UK Website;
Log in to your Raisin UK account.
Hover over your initials in the top-right corner of the page.
Select ‘View transactions’ from the menu.
On the Transactions overview page, select ‘Statements’.
Select the monthly statement you wish to have and click "Original document" to download
To download your monthly statements via Raisin UK App
Log in to your Raisin UK account.
On the landing page, your savings accounts are shown under the 'Portfolio' section.
Select one of the account categories:
- Fixed rate bonds
- Easy Access
- Notice Accounts
Once selected, the corresponding accounts will be displayed. Select the account you would like to view.
Scroll down and click ‘Transactions’
Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner
- Enter the start and end dates for the statement you need
- Click 'Download account statements' to download your statement as a PDF file.
