Funding your Transaction Account is very fast, and you should see your pay-in within a couple of hours of after initiating the payment via Faster Payments from your Nominated Account.
Please keep in mind that you can only fund your Raisin UK account from your Nominated Account. Any pay-ins from another account will be automatically returned to your account according to your bank’s normal processing times. This is a security feature to make sure the payments come from your verified Nominated Account only.
If you sent your funds from your Nominated Account and cannot see the paid-in funds in your Transaction Account after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team for further support.
