If you don’t choose to renew your fixed rate bond or if you close your notice account or easy access savings account, your matured funds including your original deposit and any interest or profit that you’ve accrued will transfer to your Transaction Account as explained in the details of the account you’ve opened.
Once your funds become available in your Transaction Account, you can withdraw them by following these steps:
Via the Raisin UK Website
- Log in to your Raisin UK Account
- Hover over your initials in the top right corner
- Click on ‘Withdraw funds’ in the drop-down menu.
- Enter the amount and reference for the withdrawal.
- Click 'Continue to mobile verification'
- Enter the mTAN you received. Once verified, your withdrawal will be processed.
Via the Raisin UK App
- Log in to your Raisin UK Account.
- Click the cogwheel icon (⚙️) at the bottom right.
Go to ‘Withdraw funds’.
Enter the amount and reference for the withdrawal.
- Click 'Continue to mobile verification'
- Enter the mTAN you received. Once verified, your withdrawal will be processed.
Once your savings account matures and your money has been transferred to your Transaction Account, you can withdraw your full or partial balance to your personal bank or building society account.
* Please note that it can take up to two business days after maturity for your matured funds to transfer to your Transaction Account.
