Via the Raisin UK website:
Log in to your account.
Hover over your initials in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Select Messages and click New message.
Via the Raisin UK app:
Log in to your account.
Click the envelope icon, then click the chat bubble icon in the top-right corner twice.
When sending your message:
In the Subject field, clearly state your issue (e.g., “Sign up issues”).
In the Your message section, describe the difficulty you are experiencing.
Click Send. A Customer Service Representative will reply within 1–2 business days.
If you need to update your details:
In your message, specify which details need updating.
Click Attach files (below the message box) and follow the instructions to upload your document.
Click Send. A Customer Service Representative will respond within 1–2 business days.
