A mobile verification code (also referred to as an mTAN) is a six-digit number we send to your mobile phone for security purposes. You’ll need to enter this code when prompted in order to complete certain actions, such as applying for a savings account, withdrawing money from your Raisin UK Account.
We will only send mobile verification codes to the mobile phone number you have registered with us.
Each mobile verification code can only be used once. A new code will be generated and sent to you each time you are prompted to enter one.
By default, you will receive your code via SMS text message. You can also request to receive your code via an automated phone call. The phone call option will always be visible after we send you the initial SMS.
