You can change your registered email address by logging in to your Raisin UK Account,
via the Raisin Website
- Hover over your initials in the top right-hand corner, and select “Account details”.
- Select "Edit" on the right side of the email address
- Enter your new email address under the new email field below, then click on ‘Next’.
- Two emails will then be automatically sent, one to the old email address (just to inform you) and one to the new email address.
- Please click on ‘Confirm now’ in the email which was sent to your new email address.
- Lastly, confirm it via mobile verification code.
via the Raisin App
Click the cogwheel icon (⚙️) at the bottom right.
- Scroll down and under the 'Settings', click 'Security settings'
- Scroll down again and under the 'Mobile verification code', click 'Change email address'
- Click ‘Edit’, next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address under the new email field below, then click on ‘Next’.
- Two emails will then be automatically sent, one to the old email address (just to inform you) and one to the new email address.
- Please click on ‘Confirm now’ in the email which was sent to your new email address.
- Lastly, confirm it via mobile verification code.
After confirmation, you will be taken to the confirmation page and where the change request is completed. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent to your newly registered email address. This is for information purposes only, and no further action is required.
