If you want to change your password, please ensure that you have access to the mobile phone number that you used to register with us.
To change your password via the Raisin Website:
- Log in to your Raisin UK Account,
- Navigate to your initials in the top-right corner, and click 'Account details'.
- Under the ‘Password’ heading, you’ll see your password (obscured for your privacy).
- Click on ‘Edit’, and enter the mTAN code you will receive via SMS
- Enter your current password, set the new password, and a confirmation of your new password.
- Click ‘Change Password’ to complete your password change.
To change your password via the Raisin App:
- Log in to your Raisin UK Account,
Click the cogwheel icon (⚙️) at the bottom right.
- Scroll down and under the 'Settings', click 'Security settings'
- Under the Account section, click 'Change password'
- You'll see your password (obscured for your privacy).
- Click on ‘Edit’, and enter the mTAN code you will receive via SMS
- Enter your current password, set the new password, and a confirmation of your new password.
- Click ‘Change Password’ to complete your password change.
