If you still have access to your old mobile number, you can change your registered mobile phone number by logging in to your Raisin UK Account,
via the Raisin Website
- Navigate to your initials in the top right-hand corner and click 'Account details'.
- Next to your registered phone number (obscured for your privacy), click 'Edit' to change it to your new phone number.
- Enter the mTAN code you will receive via SMS to verify your old phone number.
- Enter new phone number and confirm it via mobile verification code.
via the Raisin App
Click the cogwheel icon (⚙️) at the bottom right.
- Scroll down and under the 'Settings', click 'Security settings'
- Scroll down again and under the 'Mobile verification code', click 'Change your number'
- Click ‘Edit’, next to your mobile phone (obscured for your privacy).
- Enter the mTAN code you will receive via SMS to verify your old phone number.
- Enter new phone number and confirm it via mobile verification code.
Please note, you should enter +44 instead of 0 when entering your new number as we only accept UK phone numbers for account holders.
If you cannot log in or cannot receive SMS codes on your old number, we must securely verify your identity before making the change. Please follow these three steps:
Step 1: Make a Micro-Transfer Transfer £1 from your linked nominated bank account to your Raisin UK transaction account.
Step 2: Use Your New Number as the Reference When making the transfer, set the payment reference as your full new mobile phone number, including the country prefix but without the plus sign (e.g.,
447712345678).Step 3: Send a Written Request Once the transfer is complete, email us from your registered email address (or send a Secure Message if you can access your account) confirming you have made the transfer and stating your new mobile number.
