Via the Raisin Website
- Log in to your Raisin Account.
- Go to your initials in the top right hand corner.
- Click “Customer Details”.
- Next to the 'Address details' you can display the address.
Via the Raisin App
- Log in to your Raisin Account.
- Click the cogwheel icon (⚙️) at the bottom right.
- Scroll down and click 'My Data'.

Under the 'Address details', you can display your address.
You can update your address details by sending us a scanned copy, photo or a PDF of a valid bank statement from the nominated bank by secure message through your Raisin UK Account.
Please note, the document needs to be less than three months old, all four corners of the document must be visible and no information is redacted or blurred.
To send a secure message,
Via the Raisin UK website:
Log in to your account.
Hover over your initials in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Select Messages and click New message under 'My Messages'.
Via the Raisin UK app:
Log in to your account.
Click the envelope icon, then click the chat bubble icon in the top-right corner twice.
To update your address details:
In your message, please specify that your address needs to be updated.
Click Attach files (below the message box) and follow the instructions to upload your document.
Click Send. We will email you to confirm that we’ve updated your details.
